Events are the actions that your customers take that trigger certain campaigns of type behavior. For example, a purchase, filling out a survey, or signing up to your platform. You can send any event you would like. Masivo will track the event and apply the rules you set to distribute the rewards. Only matching events will trigger certain campaigns. When a customer submits a review through the Storefront API, Masivo creates a resolved REVIEW event linked to that submission. Use it to track feedback alongside purchases and other behavior events.
